 Dear Friends,
Abundance is your birthright
It seems appropriate to start the New Year with abundance, for your divine birthright is a cornucopia of happiness, satisfaction, love and whatever your heart desires. I purposely say heart's desire. You have to be careful of your mind's longing, for the mind is inclined to pump up your ego. But if the dream of a beautiful home, a wonderful relationship or a well paid job, makes your heart sing, the angels dance with delight when you ask for it. And all the time you are telling them about your visions they are working behind the scenes to bring them into your life.
You deserve it
Unfortunately most people then think, 'Perhaps I don't deserve that fabulous relationship,' 'Can I afford the upkeep of a bigger home?' or 'Will I lose my friends if I get a better job?' They doubt. And the angel who is happily manifesting the perfect partner, the exciting new job or the lovely house for you, now returns them to the inner planes. You have no idea how many cars are driven out of the celestial garage towards people and then reversed right back in as negativities creep in, how many perfect partners nearly meet but veer apart at the last minute. A little more faith and positivity is all that is needed.
Spiritual Laws of Abundance
Years ago I read Shakti Gawain's Creative Visualization, a wonderful little book that really focussed me on the power of creation. More recently I tried Jonathan Cainer's Cosmic Ordering which, written in his inimitable cryptic style from the perspective of a Guardian Angel, covers the same principles of manifestation. Spiritual Law is exact. You get what you ask for, believe you deserve and are ready to accept in your life. The angels then back up your requests.
Watch your thoughts
Another problem is that so many people focus on what they don't want that they usually get it. Then they blame the angels and almost anyone other than themselves for the state of their lives.
Get ready to receive
Once you have asked for something, welcome it into your life. It is no use asking for a new relationship or more interesting friends if you have scarcely enough time for yourself let alone anyone else. Equally there is no point in asking for a new job if you spend all day grumbling about the one you have. Grumbling is a repellent quality which leaves you sitting in a dark cloud and no one, especially amazing Beings of Light, can get through it to drag you out into happiness and satisfaction.
There is no time in the spiritual world. Now is eternity.
So when you make the present as good as possible, you are sending out the right energy to attract in something better.
Don't be attached to your wish
Don't hang onto your wish. You have to let it go so that the angels can energise it for you. And there may be something better out there just waiting to come in.
Say thank you
When you have received it, remember to say thank you and enjoy it. As above so below. If someone is really pleased with what you have worked hard to give them, you feel delighted. So do the angels. They like to be appreciated. Gratitude is a magnetic cosmic quality.

1. Be clear about what you want
2. Ask for it, believing you deserve it and for the highest good of all.
3. Prepare to receive it. Make sure you can accommodate it in your life.
4. Detach from the need for it.
5. Say thank you.
