 Dear Friends,
I was recently at Findhorn, the great spiritual community in Scotland, for a meeting of the Master Teachers of the Diana Cooper School. It is a place where the veils between the worlds are thin and higher decisions can be made.
One afternoon eleven of us went for a walk to a point where two rivers meet. This is the spiritual entry point of Archangel Gabriel and you can feel the peace. We sat on a great rock by the waters to meditate and watched a large moth fluttering over the water. Suddenly a fish jumped out and snapped it up. Symbolically fish represent spirituality, while moths represent negativity. It seemed a clear message that we were to let our light consume the darkness of the world.
We stood and held hands. As we did so Mother Mary and her unicorn came down through the shaft of light in the centre of the circle. She was radiating blue for compassion and love, bringing in the divine feminine. Her unicorn was enormous and sparkling like a diamond.
And then, Archangel Gabriel filled the space with pure white light. For some time we had been debating a new logo for the school and had finally decided on a six pointed star to symbolise bringing heaven to Earth. To my surprise Archangel Gabriel presented us with a magnificent white rose with a golden centre and pink tips to the petals and said this was to be our new logo. He explained that the six pointed star is made up of straight lines and angles, the masculine energy. The rose is the feminine counterpart and we were to carry the wisdom of the divine feminine teachings into the world. Each petal was to represent a new aspect of the school as it expands. Even more fascinating to me was that when I shared this with the group, many of them had also been given a white rose! And a rose is Mother Mary's symbol.
Clearing Psychic Pollution
Findhorn is a community which connects to the elementals and angels and really takes care of Mother Earth, so there is no litter anywhere. It struck me that litter is the surface manifestation of a deeper malaise. Those who feel good in themselves do not desecrate their world. However, we are also reminded not to judge others. I share the following story in Angel Answers, which always makes me smile. At the same time I offer a simple visualisation and prayer that anyone can do, which will also help the planet.
I have a friend who found herself in a beauty spot which was spoilt by litter. As she thought judgmental thoughts about the people who dropped it, she heard an angel voice saying, ‘And what about the psychic pollution you are leaving here with your judgmental thoughts?'
The angels added, ‘If you are in a place which is polluted by litter or see it on television, call in the angels and visualise them holding the energy while people carefully pick up all the waste. Imagine the entire area pristine again.'
Prayer to regenerate a damaged place:
Angels of light,
thank you for entering this scene
and shedding your light and love
on all those who live or pass by here.
Enfold them in love
and help them to feel their magnificence and worth.
Fill this area with peace.
It is done.
Taking care of Mother Earth starts with peace in ourselves. When you feel serene your aura is warm and lovingly enfolds everyone it touches. Everything around you, including the earth beneath your feet feels the influence of this. When you are in your tranquil centre you can never harm. You can only heal. Here is a short exercise from Angel Answers to help you find your still quiet centre.
Exercise to achieve Serenity
1. Sit quietly and breathe in love.
2. Think peace as you breathe out slowly.
3. After a few breaths, make your peaceful out-breath a golden colour until you feel yourself to be in an egg of serenity.
4. This is a good space from which to take decisions.
Archangel Uriel is the archangel of peace, usually seen in ruby and gold. He is in charge of the angels of peace and you can help him by sending them to places that need their light. He is also connected to the earth element and works with lady Gaia to look after our planet.
Angel Awareness Day
All over the world groups will be invoking the presence of angels on Angel Awareness Day, which is Sunday October 14th. This annual event was started by teachers from our school and we will be offering workshops or gatherings on every continent. There will be a synchronised invocation, meditation and prayer to bring peace, healing and good intentions to our planet. When we first started this the angels said Angel Awareness Day made a huge difference to the light in the world.
