When you are at peace you radiate a vibration, the quality of which allows all around you to feel safe.
When you are tense and anxious, you send out a subliminal message that all is not well, that there is something to fear. Others around you respond unconsciously to this message. Either they buy into your fear and increase it or they distance themselves, leaving you feeling isolated. Tension separates you from the Divine within and problems often appear unsurmountable. Becoming like a rock When you find the deep pool of serenity within, all the tension in your body melts, all fear dissolves. You are open to the Light and solutions to challenges present themselves. Doors open and life flows. In a state of calm, peace and serenity you are like a rock. No one can hurt or anger you for you do not allow them to. Because they know this, no one tries. Equanimity Every single moment of life offers an opportunity for spiritual growth. This is because we are constantly thinking and every thought raises or lowers our vibrational frequency. A Master observes his thoughts, knowing that he creates the aura around him. At any given time, if you are anxious, you can stop and focus on calm thoughts and imagine positive outcomes to your challenges. You can picture a serene place. Your mind does not know it is imagination. It believes all is well and relaxes your body. Purity of thought, word and deed Words create symbols. Every word you utter has a shape. It may be an ice cube, an alarm clock, a golden cloak or a rose. Do your words freeze, hurt or frighten others or do they strengthen, heal and comfort them? Start watching the symbols you send out to others, for they boomerang back to you and stay in your aura, where they attract more of the same, because other people will unconsciously respond to them. Silence is a profound spiritual practice. Of course, actions speak even louder than words or thoughts. Ascended Masters do as they would be done by, so they cultivate caring, kindness, generosity, acceptance, courage and high-quality actions. Humans often talk nonsense. They gossip. They talk of war, disease, hate and other rubbish. Unfortunately, many tend to think any other conversation boring. If you wish to be a Master, do not buy into negativity, for there is another truth. Talk of hope, of light, of the wonders of the universe. Fill your conversations with inspiration. Seek the good in others. Acknowledge kind deeds and accomplishments. Sense your aura becoming more radiant and peaceful by the minute. Bless your enemies If you wish to find inner peace bless your enemies. We are all one. We are all part of the Divine. Our enemies come to us as our greatest teachers. When we quit blaming and start to bless others our light glows and the serenity within deepens. Taking responsibility To be at peace we must take full responsibility for your life. We cannot be at peace if we give another the power to hurt or anger us, to frustrate us or make us feel jealous. If we blame anyone for what their actions have done to our lives or for how we feel, we are victims. Victims live in the third dimension. A Master says, ‘This has happened. How have I allowed it into my life? What is the lesson?’ and does something about it. One person's lesson may be to love and accept a person or situation. Another person's may be to speak his truth with clarity; another may need to challenge or even to fight for her rights. Each must go within to understand the tests as they come and handle them appropriately. To a Master every situation just is. The dog dies, a baby is born, a loved one is injured, the house burns down, you win a prize, there is a problem at work. A third-dimensional human reacts with rage or fear or elation – moods swing according to circumstance. The fifth-dimensional human stays centred. We are humans and humans have emotions. Masters do cry. Masters do get angry. Jesus wept. Jesus was angry with the moneylenders. We cannot expect to be different. It is OK to mourn or grieve or rejoice. However, Masters quickly return to equilibrium. They do not expend energy swinging from one extreme of emotion to another. Transforming fear into peace Fear is the great robber of peace. Fear is an absence of love and light. It is a servant reminding us to raise the vibrations of our thoughts about that issue. Masters welcome and face fears, for they are opportunities for growth. If you find fear staring at you, pray or fill your mind with mantras. Pray for the qualities you need. Pray for positive outcomes. This keeps you focused on the higher vibration and tells the universe you are ready to move on. Once you have faced a fear, learnt what it has to offer and raised your vibration, you will never face that lower-vibration challenge again. If you feel tension starting, which is the disconnection from God beginning to take place, deepen your breathing and slow it down. Deep, slow breaths reconnect us, for it is not just oxygen we are taking in but prana, which is the Divine life force. We are breathing the breath of God. This is why breathing in cigarette smoke kills the spirit and why living in a polluted place destroys the life force. If you feel dispirited, take yourself to a place of beauty and clean, fresh air. Then breathe in God again. After any trauma or problem, Masters can bring themselves back to equilibrium again in three breaths. This is something to practise.
